Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser; the browser’s local storage works in a similar way. This policy is based on Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) and Art. 4(5)-(6) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004. Effective: November 2026.

How you decide which cookies to accept

On your first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, allow only the necessary ones, or choose by category. Until you decide, only strictly necessary cookies are used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page.

Strictly necessary cookies

These do not require consent (Art. 4(6)(b) of Law no. 506/2004), because the website and its forms cannot work securely without them.

  • fermat_vending_session - keeps your session while you browse and send a form; stored encrypted. Deleted when you close the browser, at the latest after 2 hours.
  • XSRF-TOKEN - protects forms against forged requests. 2 hours.
  • fermat_consent (cookie and local storage) - remembers your cookie choices so you do not have to decide again on every page, including the online offer form. 6 months.

Statistics (only with your consent)

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) - cookies _ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years. They show us which pages are visited and how we can improve the website. We use Google Consent Mode: without your consent, no statistics cookies are set.

Marketing (only with your consent)

  • Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) - cookie _gcl_au, 90 days. Measures whether a visitor who came from a Google ad sends an enquiry.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) - cookie _fbp, 90 days. Measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads.

External media (only with your consent)

  • YouTube videos (played via youtube-nocookie.com) and the Google Maps map on the contact page. Until you agree, we show only a placeholder and no data is sent to Google. Once loaded, Google may use its own cookies and local storage under its own rules.

Deleting and blocking cookies in your browser

You can delete cookies already stored at any time in your browser settings, where you can usually also block third-party cookies altogether (Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security; Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security; Safari: Settings › Privacy; Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions). If you also block strictly necessary cookies, the forms will not work.
